You need a safety plan.

Safety plans should be made with the aid of trained domestic violence professionals.

Contact the the National Domestic Violence Hotline, your state and local domestic violence coalition, or another such program in your region.

Don't wait for tomorrow too long. You will run out of tomorrows.

"Collaboration of Individuals" . . . and there is what you need to protect yourself.

You do need a team to survive this.

Your team members are the family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, agencies, and others who each have one thing to offer, contribute, and share on a rainy day; and it's raining.

Remember that your N fooled you; your N can fool them. N's are experts at deception and manipulation. Being your usual, rational self is one of your many assets. If people you know and love begin to fall under the N's spell, be your true self and let it help to shake them out of it.

Isolating you adds to the N's sense of power and success. Don't let your N do it any more.

Keeping up with many lies to many people is a lot of work for your N. The more people and agencies involved on a semi-regular basis, the more work your N has to do and the more opportunities for people to spot your N in a lie.
